Full-time employee benefits

  • Medical insurance; Meridian pays 75% of an individual's premium
  • 401k after 90 days: Meridian matches 100% of the first 3% of contributions, plus 50% of next 2% deferred
  • Six paid holidays and 80 hours of paid time off from the start of employment through year two; 120 hours of PTO from years three to five; 160 hours of PTO per year on year six and thereafter
  • Participation in the yearly shared employee bonus program after one full year of employment
