COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Study

You can help researchers study an investigational booster vaccine intended to help prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection (the coronavirus that causes COVID-19).

Eligible participants…

Must be generally healthy and age 18 or older
Must have received — at least 6 months ago — either:
- The two-dose regimen of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (Comirnaty), OR;
- The two-dose regimen of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (Spikevax)
May or may not have also received a subsequent COVID-19 booster vaccination, with the most recent vaccination being at least 6 months ago
Must NOT have had a positive COVID-19 test (PCR or serologic) within the past six months
Must NOT have received any other vaccine within the past 4 weeks (excluding inactive influenza vaccine)
Will receive compensation for study-related time
Do not need insurance to join this study

Is participation voluntary after I submit my information?

Yes. Participation in a study is entirely voluntary. In the informed consent process, you’ll learn about the product being studied, your role in the trial, potential side effects, tests that may be performed, and the number of visits that may be required. You will need to sign an informed consent form to join the study only after you fully understand your role in the study.

Will I receive compensation?

While participation in a clinical study is voluntary, you may be reimbursed for study-related time. After you submit your information, a Meridian enrollment specialist will call you to talk about the study. Staff at the research clinic will discuss possible reimbursement with you.
