Eczema (Atopic Dermatitis) and Plaque Psoriasis (Psoriasis Vulgaris) Study

Atopic dermatitis, also known as eczema, is a common skin disorder. Symptoms can include flaky skin lesions and intense itching. An estimated 10% of adults and up to 20% of children suffer from atopic dermatitis. Atopic dermatitis can unpredictably flare in adolescence and in adulthood.

Psoriasis vulgaris, also known as plaque psoriasis, is the most common form of psoriasis, and is characterized by disfiguring, scaling and plaques that may be painful. Plaque psoriasis is most often located on the scalp, trunk, buttocks, and limbs, including the elbows and knees.

People with atopic dermatitis or psoriasis vulgaris may be eligible to join this research study of an investigational medication. Eligible participants will receive compensation for study-related time.

Eligible participants…

• Must be age 12 or older
• Must have been diagnosed with mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis for at least 3 months; OR have been diagnosed with psoriasis vulgaris for at least 6 months
• Will receive compensation for study-related time
• Do not need insurance to join this study
