There are no approved therapies for prurigo nodularis. While many people with the condition try creams and other topical therapies, prurigo nodularis can be difficult to control, and intense itching can harm quality of life. People with prurigo nodularis may be eligible to join a clinical trial for an investigational medication.
Eligible participants…
- Must be age 18 to 80
- Must be diagnosed with prurigo nodularis, and have had symptoms for 6+ months
- Must have moderate to severe itching (pruritus)
- May receive compensation for study-related time and travel
- Do not need insurance to join this study
